Billing & payouts

How the money moves.

Six things about billing, payouts, and compliance — so there are no surprises after you sign up.

Monthly in arrears
Restcall fees invoice monthly via auto-debit (ACH or card). First invoice covers your first full calendar month.
T+2 payouts (Plan 2)
Card payments deposit to your bank on Stripe's standard 2-business-day schedule. No reserves on accounts in good standing.
Out of PCI scope
Card data never touches Restcall servers. Stripe Terminal and Stripe.js handle tokenization end-to-end. You're in SAQ-A (lowest tier).
Chargebacks at cost
$15 per chargeback (Stripe's standard dispute fee, passed through). You can dispute in the dashboard. We don't take a cut of refunds.
1099-K via Stripe
Stripe issues 1099-K where required by law. Sales-tax collection is your responsibility — we don't withhold it.
Cancel anytime
No subscription means no recurring fee. Final invoice covers orders through your cancellation date. Data is exportable for 30 days post-cancellation.
Payment processing services for Plan 2 restaurants are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

Questions before you sign up.

A caller placed an order, the AI confirmed it, and you accepted it in the dashboard (or it auto-accepted after 10 minutes). Hang-ups, callers who only asked questions (hours, directions, allergens), and orders cancelled before acceptance are never billed.
