How phone minutes work.

Your plan covers a set number of minutes each month. Here is exactly what counts.

Only AI-handled time counts
You are billed for connected minutes the AI handles. Rings, voicemail drops and calls sent straight to your staff don't use your bundle.
Added up across the month
Call time adds up over your billing month and is rounded to whole minutes once, not per call.
20¢ per minute after the bundle
The same rate on every plan, and only for minutes past what your plan includes.
Always visible
A live usage meter in the dashboard, the cost on every call record, and service credits when we get it wrong.
