Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the RestCall AI platform (the “Service”), including the SMS notifications we send in connection with phone orders you place at restaurants that use RestCall AI. By placing an order or receiving a RestCall AI SMS, you agree to these Terms.

2. What RestCall AI does

RestCall AI is an AI-powered phone-ordering platform for restaurants. When you call a RestCall-powered restaurant number, our AI assistant answers, takes your order, and passes it to the restaurant’s kitchen. RestCall AI is not the restaurant — we provide the software layer that helps the restaurant serve you.

3. SMS program

During the phone call, the AI assistant verbally asks for your permission to send you a tracking-link SMS. With your verbal consent, RestCall AI may send you a one-time SMS containing a link to track your order. Additional messages may follow about that specific order (for example “your order is ready for pickup”). Messages are transactional only — RestCall AI does not send marketing SMS through this program.

Sender: RestCall AI is the sender of record. Each message identifies the specific restaurant in the message body. Message frequency:typically 1–3 messages per order. Cost: message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Supported carriers: major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL. You’ll get a confirmation and will not receive further SMS on the opted-out number. Reply HELP for support information.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate order information.
  • Only call from a phone number you control. Do not receive RestCall AI SMS on a phone number you don’t own or have consent to use.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform, the AI assistant, or any underlying service.

5. Orders and payment

Orders placed through RestCall AI are fulfilled by the restaurant, not by RestCall AI. Pricing, menu availability, refunds, and dispute resolution for individual orders are the restaurant’s responsibility. Payment terms are agreed between you and the restaurant directly (typically at pickup).

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestCall AI and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including missed, delayed, or incorrect SMS; order errors; or restaurant fulfillment issues. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed $100 USD.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it, including how we handle SMS consent. It is part of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
